Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using HedgePick ("the Service") operated by dott.stone LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

HedgePick is an AI-powered financial analytics platform that provides stock analysis, research reports, and investment signals generated by artificial intelligence agents. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: HedgePick does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content, analysis, signals, and reports generated by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as professional financial advice.

You acknowledge that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal
• You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions
• AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

HedgePick offers the following plans:

• Free: 1 analysis per day at no cost
• Pro (30 days): 5 analyses per day for a one-time payment of $19
• Lifetime: 5 analyses per day for a one-time payment of $49, with lifetime access

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. One-time payments are non-recurring — you will not be charged again unless you make an additional purchase.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, contact us at joseph@hedgepick.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models
• Resell or redistribute reports or analysis without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by dott.stone LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Reports generated for your personal use may be retained for your own reference but may not be redistributed commercially.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE AI ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOTT.STONE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
